Getting around Brisbane
Airtrain services run frequently from Brisbane Airport to the centre of Brisbane and the express, air-conditioned journey takes only 20 minutes. The airport stations are located directly outside the Domestic and International terminals and connect with 5 stations covering 80% of downtown Brisbane.
The Airtrain rail service links Brisbane domestic and international airport terminals to the Brisbane CBD. The service operates every day between 0500-2200, departing every 30 minutes, and takes approximately 22 minutes. The usual cost of a one-way adult ticket is approx. AUD $17.50.

- Select the Buy Tickets button
- Select From destination as the Airport and choose International or Domestic terminal
- Select To destination as Brisbane and choose one of the following stations: Eagle Junction, Wooloowin, Albion, Bowen Hills, Fortitude valley, Central, Roma Street or South Brisbane station.

- Choose departure and return date between the 5th and 15th April 2019

Terms and Conditions: Valid for travel from the 05/04/2019-15/04/2019. Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. Your city ticket is valid for travel to and from all stations between the Airport and South Brisbane, including Eagle Junction, Wooloowin, Albion, Bowen Hills, Fortitude valley, Central and Roma Street stations. Children 14 years and under travel free to city stations when accompanied by a paying adult and using paper ticket or e-ticket purchased from airtrain.com.au.
Brisbane’s international and domestic airports are approximately 20km/20 minute drive north east of the central business district (CBD). Visitors can reach the central business district by Airtrain, shuttle bus, or taxi.
Airport Shuttle Bus
Con-X-ion Airport Transfers provides transport services to all major accommodation houses, door-to-door in the Brisbane CBD. Transfers with Con-X-ion are available from both the iternational and domestic airport terminals. At the International Terminal transfers can be booked at the Visitors Information Counter in the Arrivals Lounge on level 2.
The cost of a one-way adult fare is approx. AUD20.00.

A taxi rank is located a the northern end of the arrivals area on level 2 at Brisbane International Terminal. At the Brisbane Domestic Terminal the taxi rank is located centrally in front of the terminal. Fares from the airport to Brisbane CBD range from AUD45 – AUD60.
